Some or all products are produced and shipped on demand by third‑party fulfillment providers (including Printful). Products are made to order, which affects processing times, returns, and cancellations as described below.

Orders, Pricing, and Availability

You are responsible for ensuring all order details (products, sizes, colors, shipping address, and contact information) are correct before submitting your order.

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change at any time without notice.
• Taxes, duties, and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout where applicable.
• If there is a clear pricing error, we may cancel or refuse an order and will contact you to resolve the issue (for example, refund or re-charge at the correct price).
Product Colors and Description
We try to display products and colors as accurately as possible, but actual colors may vary depending on your screen or device. Small variations in color, placement, or print intensity may occur due to the print‑on‑demand process and are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Print-on-Demand Fulfillment (Printful)
Most High uses third‑party companies such as Printful to manufacture and ship products.
• When you place an order, your items are produced on demand specifically for you.
• Production times and shipping estimates shown on the Site are approximate and may vary due to workload, inventory, carrier delays, or other factors.
• By ordering, you agree that production and shipping are handled by these fulfillment partners and that Most High is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Shipping, Delivery, and Customs
Shipping
Shipping costs and available methods are shown at checkout.
• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors such as carrier delays, weather, customs, or local holidays.
• You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
2 International Orders and Customs
For international orders:
• You are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country’s authorities.
• Customs processing may delay delivery; these delays are outside our control.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, or change of mind.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, misprinted, or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and print
After review, we may, at our discretion, offer one of the following:
• A replacement item; or
• A partial or full refund.
Defects caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
Wrong Size or Wrong Details Provided
We do not offer free replacements or refunds if:
• The wrong size, color, or variant was selected by you at checkout; or
• The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
Please carefully review your order before confirming and refer to size charts where provided.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If a shipment is lost in transit or not delivered:
• For domestic and international shipments, we may request you to first check with the carrier and confirm the status.
• If the carrier confirms the order lost and within the claim window, we may issue a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
Cancellations and Changes
Because products are produced on demand:
• Orders can only be canceled or changed before production begins.
• Once production has started, we typically cannot cancel or modify the order.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to honor modification or cancellation requests.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to logos, graphics, artwork, text, images, audio, video, and designs, is owned by Most High or used with permission and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written consent.

You agree not to:
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
