Terms and Conditions
Last updated: November 30, 2025
Welcome to Most High (the “Site”). By accessing or using this Site and purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site.
About Most High and Our Services
Most High is a music artist brand that sells merchandise and related products through this Site. Some or all products are produced and shipped on demand by third‑party fulfillment providers (including Printful). Products are made to order, which affects processing times, returns, and cancellations as described below.
Eligibility
By using the Site, you represent that:
• You are at least 18 years old, or you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Site and make purchases.
• You will use the Site in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Orders, Pricing, and Availability
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products under these Terms. Most High reserves the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.
You are responsible for ensuring all order details (products, sizes, colors, shipping address, and contact information) are correct before submitting your order.
Pricing
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change at any time without notice.
• Taxes, duties, and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout where applicable.
• If there is a clear pricing error, we may cancel or refuse an order and will contact you to resolve the issue (for example, refund or re-charge at the correct price).
Product Colors and Description
We try to display products and colors as accurately as possible, but actual colors may vary depending on your screen or device. Small variations in color, placement, or print intensity may occur due to the print‑on‑demand process and are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Print-on-Demand Fulfillment (Printful)
Most High uses third‑party companies such as Printful to manufacture and ship products.
• When you place an order, your items are produced on demand specifically for you.
• Production times and shipping estimates shown on the Site are approximate and may vary due to workload, inventory, carrier delays, or other factors.
• By ordering, you agree that production and shipping are handled by these fulfillment partners and that Most High is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Shipping, Delivery, and Customs
Shipping
Shipping costs and available methods are shown at checkout.
• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors such as carrier delays, weather, customs, or local holidays.
• You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
2 International Orders and Customs
For international orders:
• You are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country’s authorities.
• Customs processing may delay delivery; these delays are outside our control.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, or change of mind.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, misprinted, or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and print
After review, we may, at our discretion, offer one of the following:
• A replacement item; or
• A partial or full refund.
Defects caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
Wrong Size or Wrong Details Provided
We do not offer free replacements or refunds if:
• The wrong size, color, or variant was selected by you at checkout; or
• The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
Please carefully review your order before confirming and refer to size charts where provided.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If a shipment is lost in transit or not delivered:
• For domestic and international shipments, we may request you to first check with the carrier and confirm the status.
• If the carrier confirms the order lost and within the claim window, we may issue a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
Cancellations and Changes
Because products are produced on demand:
• Orders can only be canceled or changed before production begins.
• Once production has started, we typically cannot cancel or modify the order.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to honor modification or cancellation requests.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to logos, graphics, artwork, text, images, audio, video, and designs, is owned by Most High or used with permission and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written consent.

You agree not to:
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, accounts, or systems.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Site.
We may terminate or restrict access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms or engages in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third‑party websites or services (for example, payment processors, social media, or external stores). These best replica watches are provided for convenience only.
• We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third‑party sites or services.
• Your use of any third‑party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms and policies.
Payments and Security
Payments are processed through third‑party payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, or others).
• We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
• By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the applicable payment provider.
If your payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel or suspend related orders until payment is successfully completed.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• The Site and all products are provided on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error‑free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any information or content on the Site.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Most High and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any:
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Any damages exceeding the total amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
This limitation applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Most High, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
• Your use of the Site or products;
• Your breach of these Terms; or
• Your violation of any law or third‑party rights.
Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
• Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Site and discontinue making purchases.
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Site or products will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Most High is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
